Mr. Gontoy Rogers
Board President
Mr. Gontoy Rogers joined The IMPACT Outreach Ministry of Central Florida Inc. shortly after its founding in 2011, with the vision and drive to improve upon our Non-Profit Organization, and focused on developing the organization with experience and integrity as Board president. Mr. Rogers is a proven leader with over twenty years of retail management experience. in his capacity as Board President he chairs board activities and champions the organizations programs and policies and serve as an ambassador of the organization, advocating its mission to internal and external stakeholders. As a volunteer Mr. Rogers directs our community outreach efforts.
Pastor Richard Butts
Board Vice President
Pastor Richard Butts, a senior pastor for over thirty years, a retired environmental chemist is an a 25 year tenured pastor, an original member of the Board, serves as the Board’s Vice President. His S.T.E.M based background, dynamic leadership and community and civic engagement pilots our organization growth and success. Pastor Butts has A.A. degrees in Chemistry, Biology and Computer Science, and a BSc. in Forensic Chemistry.

Mrs. Irene A. Taylor
Director
Ms. Irene A. Taylor is a co-founder of The IMPACT Outreach Ministry of Central Florida Inc. As a retiree, she is an invaluable resource, bringing years of proven leadership, senior laboratory management experience, S.T.E.M based education and skills, coupled with a diverse education background. Ms. Taylor has a BSc. in Biology, Masters in Public Administration, Masters in Teaching English as a Second Language, and Graduate Certificates in Preschool and Online Education and Technology. As a volunteer Ms. Taylor serves as the Youth Enrichment Programs Coordinator.

Mr. Carl Paulus
Director
Mr. Carl Paulus joined The IMPACT Outreach Ministry of Central Florida Inc. with the vision and drive to improve upon our non-profit organization, and focused on developing the organization with experience and integrity. Mr. Paulus is a graduate of Eastern Kentucky State Teachers College.
Mrs. Sonja R. Williams
Director
Ms. Sonja R. Williams the newest member of our team serves as a Director on the Board of The IMPACT Outreach Ministry of Central Florida Inc. Ms. Williams is a Staff Scientist with over twenty-five years of senior environmental laboratory management experience with a BSc. in Biology. With her education, experience, and leadership Ms. Williams is intricately involved with the designing and implementation of our S.T.E.M and S.T.E.A.M based educational curriculum.
Mr. Louis R. Taylor Sr.
Chief Executive Officer
With us since our founding, Mr. Louis Taylor Sr. one of our veteran team members serves as the Chief Executive Officer. He is a demonstrated leader who brings over twenty-five years of senior non-profit management, grant-writing, fundraising, board governance, high level strategic thinking and planning, senior environmental laboratory management, S.T.E.M based S.T.E.A.M based education, and teaching to the forefront in helping our organization thrive, grow and succeed. Mr. Taylor has a BSc. in Chemistry, BSc in Bible, Master of Arts in Theological Studies (Theology), and a Masters of Divinity (Theology).
